  • What do you sell?
We specialize in cabinetry for kitchens, bathrooms, and any other space. We also offer wide-ranging selection of countertops and hardware, available for purchase with our cabinetry or as standalone items.
  • What do you do?
We do a LOT! We offer a wide range of services! We'll guide you through the design process, using our user-friendly software and a combination of virtual and in-person meetings to help you create a space you'll love.
  • What is the best way to make initial contact with us?
Email us, or call and press 2 for design services or complete our project inquiry form. We look forward to learning more about your project and how we can assist you. Contacting us directly ensures we can provide the focused attention required from the outset.
  • Where do you work?
We offer shipping to most of the United States on select cabinet lines. All our cabinet lines are available for delivery as far north as Albany, into western Connecticut, and throughout New Jersey. We also provide countertop installation services within these areas. Additionally, we offer cabinet installation throughout Ulster, Sullivan, Orange, and Dutchess counties.
  • Why don't we have regular "open hours" listed on our website?
There are a few key reasons for that! Our projects require thoughtful pre-planning. Understanding your specific needs and the context of your project beforehand allows us to make the most of our time together and deliver the best possible results. The nature of our work frequently takes us out of the office and into the field. Whether we're on location, managing a build, or meeting with partners, our schedule can be dynamic. As a design-build firm, our process involves distinct phases that require focused attention, often outside of typical office hours. This ensures seamless integration between the design and construction aspects of your project. Because of these factors, the most effective way to connect with us is to reach out directly and ask about our process and the types of work that we do. This allows us to schedule a time that works best and ensures we're fully prepared to discuss your project.
  • Do you have to install the cabinets you sell?
We offer cabinet installation services, but they are not mandatory. We work with many contractors who prefer to handle installation themselves. To ensure proper installation and maintain warranty coverage, we always install stone countertops purchased from us.
  • How do I “design” my kitchen?
We utilize specialized cabinet software, in conjunction with our industry experience and expertise, to create a unique and personalized design for your space.
  • Do you offer free estimates?
Absolutely! We utilize your measurements, photographs of your space, and your design preferences to create a layout that meets your needs and fits within your budget. Our initial consultation package includes a brief introductory phone call, a virtual design meeting, an in-person meeting at our showroom, and a preliminary cost estimate.
  • What is the first step?
Receive a free estimate by following our design process. This estimate will help you make an informed decision about whether to proceed with your project. If you choose to move forward, a deposit may be required, the amount of which will vary depending on the project scope. This deposit will be applied towards your final purchase.
  • Why do you need a deposit before I make a purchase?
Our design process is comprehensive and requires careful attention to detail. We invest significant resources, including our time, travel, sample displays, and advanced design software, to bring your vision to life. A deposit is required to secure your project and demonstrates your commitment to moving forward with the design process.
  • Will the 2020 Design software rendering look exactly like my kitchen?
While 2020 Design software is a powerful tool for visualizing kitchen designs, it's important to understand that it's a 3D rendering and may not perfectly replicate every detail of your existing space.
  • Can I request specific colors or materials to be included in the rendering?
Renderings are a valuable tool for exploring design ideas, but they may not perfectly match real-life materials. Factors like lighting and screen calibration can affect how colors appear. Remember, the goal is to visualize the overall design concept and explore different options, not to create an exact replica. We'll do our best to represent your selections, but the final appearance may vary slightly.
